The Lubombo Regional Education Office has launched a comprehensive Teacher Development Workshop Series aimed at enhancing teaching quality across the region. The programme, which runs from February to June 2026, covers a wide range of topics including modern pedagogical approaches, ICT integration in education, differentiated instruction, and assessment strategies.

Over 500 teachers from primary and secondary schools across the Lubombo region have already registered for the workshop series. The workshops are facilitated by experienced educators and subject specialists from the Ministry of Education and Training, as well as invited experts from partner organizations.

School principals are encouraged to nominate additional teachers who would benefit from this professional development opportunity. All workshops will be held at the Regional Education Office conference centre in Siteki.
